Jira integration helps you turn session insights into trackable work. Connect Jira to your project, choose where issues should be created, then create Jira tickets directly from a session.
What you can do
- Create Jira issues from a session in one place.
- Attach helpful context (like links) so engineering can reproduce faster.
- (Optional) Let AI create issues automatically from sessions when enabled.
Step 1: Connect Jira
- Open your Revisit project.
- Go to Project Settings → Integrations.
- Under Jira, click Connect to Jira.
- Approve access.
Step 2: Choose where issues should be created
- Select your Jira site (Cloud).
- Select the project inside that site.
- Click Save Settings.
Step 3: Create a Jira issue from a session
- Open a session replay in Revisit.
- Click Create Jira Issue.
- Add a clear title and a short description of what’s wrong.
- Click Create Issue.
Optional: Auto‑create issues with AI
If you want Revisit to automatically create Jira issues based on sessions, enable the AI option in your Jira integration settings.
- Start by enabling it for a short trial period.
- Review the created issues to make sure they match your team’s expectations.
Troubleshooting
I can’t create issues
